Usage: external media as well as Appstrax platforms, marketing and sales campaigns. Press Interview: separate agreement between both parties. If necessary, set-up of press interviews - number and timing to be agreed with you.

Client Logo

external use of the client logo in marketing and sales activities (including offers, client presentations).

Other Media

Communication in Other Media.

For example: client magazines, client annual report.

Client Quote

The released statement of the client or the named person is quoted in marketing materials.

After separate consultation, use in online blogs, videos and press interviews/media is possible.

The client serves as a reference for potential Appstrax clients in the context of proposals and presentations.

The Appstrax Account Manager always contacts the client's contact person prior to any further activities, for example, telephone calls or third-party client visits.

Video Case Study

Presentation of the client's project and cooperation in the form of a video (90 sec. to 3 min.).

Usage: Appstrax marketing and sales campaigns and offers (on the Internet, in offers, client presentations).

Client List

The client will be included in Appstrax's client list for external and internal use within Appstrax.

Analysts & Sourcing Advisors

The client or a representative from the client’s company is available as a reference to analysts and / or sourcing advisors, is available for a conversation / Phone call with analysts, short presentation if necessary.

The number and timing of the activities will be agreed separately.

Events

Client's willingness to participate in industry and/or professional events as a speaker. Form: Lecture, discussion, presentation.

The Appstrax Account Manager contacts the client's contact person for this purpose.

Webinar Presentation

Client's willingness to participate in webinars as a speaker.

The Appstrax Account Manager contacts the client's contact person for this purpose.

Joint Awards

The client and the Designated Person agree to participate jointly in industry and/or sector awards.

Must be confirmed if deemed appropriate.

Notice

This agreement authorizes Appstrax and its affiliates to create materials relating to the client project for the media/channels approved by the client mentioned in this document and to use such materials worldwide. Any external reference campaigns will be created separately and submitted to the client for approval.

This agreement is valid until revoked in writing by the client. The client may revoke its consent to the publications described above at any time. Appstrax will then cease proactive marketing of all measures within two weeks.
