At Appstrax there are several agencies that we contract to work on the UX/UI design.
Generally, we approach it on a phased approach.
We typically will set up a first meeting with the client and design team, to ensure that the designers are on the same page as the client, and all the necessary information has been conveyed.
Generally we work in a 3-6 week design sprint, with a midway meeting with the designers to confirm the progress that has been made.
At the end of the design print, the client will have the opportunity to make change requests, and we will facilitate 3 review meetings to confirm the changes.
In the meantime, we will have commenced development and scaffolding of the app, in order to maximize the available development time.
Once the designs have been confirmed and the client is happy we will begin implementing the designs.
